Patrick Pierre-Louis plaide pour une conférence nationale souveraine en Haïti
L'essayiste et militant Patrick Pierre-Louis milite depuis plusieurs années en faveur de la convocation d'une Conférence Nationale Souveraine (CNS) comme solution aux crises politiques récurrentes en Haïti. Pour soutenir cette démarche, il a publié deux ouvrages : le premier analyse les causes sociales, géopolitiques et économiques de la crise persistante en Haïti, tandis que le second propose des pistes pour la résolution de cette crise.
Dans cette optique, Patrick Pierre-Louis organise une rencontre-dédicace autour de son livre *Plan d’action de A à X pour la résolution de la crise nationale*. Cet événement offrira l’opportunité d'explorer ses réflexions sur la situation haïtienne.
