Les alentours du Champ de Mars sous haute tension
Les membres du conseil présidentiel de transition ont organisé une séance de travail le 29 avril avec le haut état-major de la FAD'H, la PNH et l'unité de sécurité du Palais national pour discuter des stratégies visant à combattre l'insécurité croissante qui ravage le pays.
En effet, les membres du CPT ont rencontré les dirigeants de l'institution policière ainsi que ceux des forces armées d'Haïti (FADH) pour discuter de la sécurité des vies et des biens des citoyens sur l'ensemble du territoire.
En raison de cette vague de violence armée, il est presque impossible pour le Conseil présidentiel de siéger au Palais national selon les normes. Ce 30 avril, des bandits ont continué à semer la pagaille aux abords du Champ-de-Mars, paralysant les activités commerciales, le trafic et autres.
